Public offer
(CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF GOODS)
This document is an official proposal (public offer) by the Seller to conclude a contract for the sale of goods by distance means in accordance with Articles 633, 634, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter, the Offer) defines the terms for purchasing goods through the Corsis brand website (hereinafter, the Site) and governs the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.
1.2. The Offer is open and binding on all persons who place an order on the Site.
1.3. Placing an order on the Site constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Offer.
2. Terms and definitions
Site — the official web resource of the Seller's online store operating on the Internet at the relevant domain address, including all its sections, pages, and subdomains.
Seller — the sole proprietor or legal entity that sells goods under the Corsis brand, whose details are specified on the Site.
Buyer — a legally capable natural or legal person who places an order on the Site.
Goods — the products presented on the Seller's Site that are offered for sale by distance means in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
Public contract — a contract of sale under which the Seller undertakes to sell the Goods to every Buyer who approaches them, on equal terms.
Public offer — an open proposal by the Seller addressed to an unlimited number of persons regarding the conclusion of a contract for the sale of Goods by distance means on the terms defined by this Contract.
Acceptance — the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by placing an Order.
Order — a duly completed request by the Buyer to purchase the selected Goods.
Defect of the Goods — any non-conformity of the Goods with the requirements of the law, the terms of this Contract, or the information provided by the Seller or manufacturer.
3. Subject of the contract
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them.
3.2. The range, description, characteristics, and price of the Goods are posted on the Site and may be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
3.3. Information about the Goods is for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual appearance.
3.4. Ownership of the Goods passes from the moment the Goods are actually received by the Buyer.
4. Acceptance of the offer and order placement procedure
4.1. Acceptance of this offer is carried out by placing an Order through the Site.
4.2. The Buyer is required to provide accurate and complete information necessary to fulfil the Order.
4.3. Confirmation of the Order means the Buyer's agreement with all terms of this Contract.
4.4. The Seller processes and confirms the Order within three business days.
5. Price of goods and payment procedure
5.1. Prices for the Goods are stated on the Site in the national currency of Ukraine or another currency.
5.2. Payment is made by one of the methods available on the Site.
5.3. The Seller has the right to change prices, except for Orders already confirmed.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. Delivery is carried out within Ukraine and beyond its borders.
6.2. The Seller's delivery obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the Goods are handed over to the delivery service.
7. Return and exchange of goods
7.1. The return and exchange of Goods is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. Corsetry items and underwear of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
8. Warranty obligations
8.1. The Seller guarantees that the Goods comply with the requirements of the law.
8.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.
9. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Seller has the right to:
- change the terms of the Offer;
- refuse to process an Order in the case of inaccurate data.
The Buyer undertakes to:
- review the terms of the Offer;
- pay for the Order on time;
- accept the Goods.
10. Liability of the parties
10.1. The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
11. Force majeure
11.1. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.
12. Personal data
12.1. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data.
13. Validity of the offer and changes
13.1. The Offer is valid from the moment of its publication on the Site.
14. Applicable law and dispute resolution
14.1. The Contract is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
14.2. Disputes are resolved through the courts.
