Terms of service
This document constitutes an official public offer by LLC “CORSIS BRAND” to enter into a distance sales agreement for the purchase of goods through the website corsis.com.ua.
These Terms govern the use of the CORSIS website, the placement and fulfillment of orders, payment, delivery, returns, the rights and obligations of the parties, and other relationships between CORSIS and users of the website.
By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they have reviewed these Terms and accept them to the extent applicable to the relevant order.

2. General Provisions
These Terms constitute a public offer in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
The relationship between the Seller and the Customer is governed, in particular, by:
the Civil Code of Ukraine;
Ukrainian consumer protection legislation;
the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”;
other applicable laws and regulations of Ukraine.
The CORSIS website operates on the Shopify platform.
The Seller may modify the functionality of the website, the product range, and these Terms, subject to the requirements of applicable law.
The current version of these Terms is published on the website.
3. Definitions
Website — the CORSIS website available at corsis.com.ua.
Seller — LLC “CORSIS BRAND”.
Customer — an individual or legal entity that places an order on the Website.
Product — goods displayed on the Website and available for purchase.
Order — a request placed by the Customer to purchase one or more Products.
Offer — this public offer to enter into a sales agreement.
Acceptance — the Customer’s acceptance of the Offer by placing an Order in the manner provided by the Website.
4. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer the ordered Product to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for and accept it in accordance with these Terms.
Information about the assortment, characteristics, available sizes, colors, and prices of Products is provided on the relevant pages of the Website.
Certain Products may be manufactured after an order is placed. Information about production time is provided on the Website or in other applicable CORSIS policies.
5. Placing an Order and Entering into the Agreement
The Customer independently selects the Product, its available characteristics and quantity, and places an Order through the Website.
When placing an Order, the Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for its fulfillment, including contact and delivery information.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Before completing an Order, the Customer has the opportunity to review its contents, price, and other available information.
The agreement is entered into electronically in accordance with Ukrainian electronic commerce legislation.
Receipt of an Order confirmation by the Customer does not prevent the Seller from contacting the Customer to clarify information necessary to fulfill the Order.
6. Prices
The current price of a Product is displayed on the Website at the time the Order is placed.
Prices may be displayed in Ukrainian hryvnia or another available currency depending on the country, Website settings, and the market selected by the Customer.
The Seller may change Product prices, but such changes do not apply to an Order that has already been placed and confirmed at the relevant price, except in cases of an obvious technical error.
If an obvious pricing error or another material error relating to a Product is identified on the Website, the Seller may contact the Customer to agree on further action in accordance with applicable law.
7. Payment
Payment is made using one of the payment methods available to the Customer during checkout.
Available payment methods may depend on the country, currency, payment provider, and other technical conditions.
Payment data may be processed by Shopify and/or the relevant payment providers.
CORSIS does not store full payment card details where such data is processed directly by the payment provider.
8. Product Production
For certain Products, the production time may be up to 10 business days unless a different timeframe is specified on the relevant Product page.
Production time is not included in the delivery timeframe.
Once production is complete, the Order is handed over to the delivery service in accordance with the CORSIS Shipping Policy.
9. Delivery
CORSIS provides delivery within Ukraine and international delivery to countries available during checkout.
The delivery method, availability, estimated timeframe, and cost are determined during checkout.
Detailed terms are provided in the CORSIS Shipping Policy.
The Customer must provide accurate recipient and delivery information.
The risks and responsibilities of the parties in connection with delivery are determined by these Terms, the Shipping Policy, the rules of the relevant carrier, and applicable law.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are carried out in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and the CORSIS Return and Refund Policy.
The right to return or exchange a Product may depend on the product category.
Applicable law may impose restrictions on the return or exchange of certain categories of goods of proper quality.
Products made according to individual measurements or personalized specifications may be subject to separate conditions under applicable law and the Return Policy.
In the event of a defect, incorrect Product, or another issue, the Customer should contact CORSIS Customer Support or email info@corsis.com.ua.
11. Order Cancellation and Changes
If the Customer wishes to change or cancel an Order, they should contact CORSIS Customer Support or email info@corsis.com.ua as soon as possible.
The possibility of changing or cancelling an Order depends on its status, whether production has started, whether the Order has been handed over to the carrier, and other circumstances.
Such requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the CORSIS Return Policy.
12. Product Information
CORSIS strives to provide accurate information about Products, including photographs, characteristics, colors, and sizes.
However, the actual color shade of a Product may differ slightly from its appearance on screen due to device settings, display characteristics, lighting during photography, or other technical factors.
For handmade or individually produced items, minor variations may occur that do not affect the main characteristics or intended purpose of the Product.
Such variations are not considered defects in themselves unless otherwise provided by law.
13. Product Availability
Product availability may be limited.
The Seller may discontinue the sale of a particular Product or change the product range.
If, after an Order has been placed, it becomes impossible to fulfill it in whole or in part, CORSIS will contact the Customer to agree on a possible solution, including replacement, modification of the Order, or refund of the relevant amount.
14. Website Use Rules
Users may not use the Website:
for unlawful purposes;
to infringe the rights of third parties;
to attempt unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, or systems;
to distribute viruses or other malicious software;
to collect data automatically in violation of law or CORSIS’s rights;
for fraud or other unlawful activity.
CORSIS may restrict a user’s access to the Website in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Intellectual Property
Materials available on the Website, including:
the CORSIS name and brand;
photographs;
graphic materials;
design;
texts;
logos;
videos;
design elements,
may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by CORSIS or the relevant rights holders.
Their use, copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without an appropriate legal basis or permission from the rights holder is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Third-party services may be used to operate the Website and fulfill Orders, including Shopify, payment systems, delivery services, and other technology providers.
Such services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
The Website may also contain links to third-party resources.
CORSIS does not control the content or operation of independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their actions, except where such liability is expressly required by law.
17. Personal Data
The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the CORSIS Privacy Policy.
By placing an Order or using Website features, the Customer provides the information necessary to process the relevant request or perform the agreement.

18. Liability
The Seller and the Customer are liable in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the agreement entered into between them.
CORSIS is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations to the extent that such failure results from:
incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer;
actions of the Customer;
force majeure circumstances;
other circumstances for which CORSIS is not liable under applicable law.
No provision of these Terms limits consumer rights or the Seller’s liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
19. Force Majeure
The parties may be released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations due to force majeure circumstances in accordance with Ukrainian law.
Such circumstances may include extraordinary and unavoidable events that objectively make performance of the relevant obligation impossible.
20. Changes to the Terms
CORSIS may periodically update these Terms due to changes in applicable law, Website functionality, product range, services, or business processes.
A new version becomes effective upon publication on the Website unless otherwise stated in the relevant version or required by law.
Orders already placed remain subject to the terms in effect at the time the relevant agreement was entered into, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and agreements entered into through the Website are governed by the laws of Ukraine, taking into account any mandatory provisions of law that may apply to the Customer based on their place of residence.
In the event of a dispute, we recommend first contacting CORSIS Customer Support or emailing info@corsis.com.ua in an attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law.
23. Entire Terms
These Terms, together with the CORSIS policies referenced herein, govern the relevant relationship between the Seller and the Customer concerning the use of the Website and purchase of Products.
These include, in particular:
Shipping Policy;
Return and Refund Policy;
Privacy Policy.
In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions of applicable law and the specific policy governing the relevant matter shall apply unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
